Exhibition at Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Chinese Garden

Koi and the Turtle by Shi Xu Gu
day of the special Hope in Shadows exhibition on December 3. The Hope in
Shadows exhibition will be at the Sun Yat-Sen gardens until December
31.
We are excited to co-present this specially curated exhibition in partnership with the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden. The images in this exhibition are perspectives on garden spaces, and artistic and scholarly pursuits in the Downtown Eastside.
There are many garden spaces in the Downtown Eastside and this exhibition explores how community members see, inhabit and experience park and garden spaces in their neighbourhood.
